A disciplined team work, well led by the quick bowler Al-Amin Hossain and ably assisted by the home batsmen, earned Bangladesh a smooth victory vs. Nepal.
Lady luck kept away from the hosts Bangladesh even in the low scoring last pool game of the tournament vs. Sri Lanka who maintained their unbeaten record.
The visiting New Zealand ended up their horrible tour of Bangladesh while beating the hosts in the only Twenty20 with ease at Mirpur.
